Internship Opportunities
Each year, Snowy has an opening to work with one intern in her private practice. This internship is open to second year masters-level students or any post-doctoral therapists.
Snowy’s is licensed as an LCSW-R in the state of New York. She has over 10 years of experience supervising interns, as well as licensed clinicians.
Please ensure that your master’s program allows you to be supervised by a clinical social worker and that you are able to complete your internship in a solo private practice.
What can I expect from an internship at Wolf Tree Wilderness Therapy?
Weekly 60 minute individual supervision with Snowy
Small clinical caseload (office-based therapy)
Weekly 90 minute wilderness therapy group experience (assisting and then having an opportunity to lead)
Option to join a supervision group with licensed clinicians
Practical experience with registration, intakes, assessments, clinical documentation, and a variety of therapy modalities (individual, couples, family, and group).
