May Mindful Wilderness Group: Exploring Spring Flowers
Spring in the Finger Lakes is a time of renewal—when forests, fields, and wetlands come alive with the vibrant colors of trillium, violets, hepaticas, and more. It's the perfect season to slow down, reconnect with nature, and nourish your nervous system.
On this guided group walk, you'll learn to identify wildflowers while exploring the ecosystems they call home. Along the way, Snowy will introduce simple, grounding practices to help you feel more present—think breathwork, sensory awareness, and gentle movement.
This is more than a nature walk—it's an opportunity to move mindfully through the landscape, connect with like-minded people, and experience the quiet joy of spring with fresh eyes (and an open heart).
Spots are limited—register now to reserve your place on this special spring journey. Registration closes Wednesday May 14th.
This group will meet regardless of weather.

Wolf Tree Arts- Gallery Opening
Wolf Tree Arts has been accepted into the Queer Art, Queer Visions gallery exhibit at the Community Arts Partnership.
The opening event will be on Friday June 6th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. The gallery exhibit will be on display for the entire month of June (see hours below).
For the Queer Art, Queer Visions exhibition, Snowy will be showing a series of five framed cyanotype photograms and hand-cut collages focused on the transformation of her queer identity. These works reflect a deeply personal exploration of self-discovery, resilience, and the shifting nature of identity over time. The cyanotypes, a historical photographic process, paired with hand-cut collages, create a layered, textured narrative that mirrors the complexities of identity formation.

July Mindful Wilderness Group: Sun Prints
Join us for a creative afternoon outdoors, where art and mindfulness meet under the summer sun. In this guided nature group, we’ll explore the early photographic technique of cyanotype—using sunlight and natural materials to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind blueprints of the world around us.
We'll begin with a slow, mindful walk to gather inspiration and materials, then settle in to make archival-quality sun prints that you’ll take home. Along the way, we’ll pause to ground ourselves, connect with the land, and enjoy the simple beauty of being present.
No experience necessary. All materials provided. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to slow down and explore.
Space is limited—register now to save your spot and make your own nature-inspired print! Registration closes Wednesday July 9th.

September Mindful Wilderness Group: The Fire Within
Cost: $40
Step into nature and reconnect with the primal art of fire birthing. In this transformative three-hour group gathering, you’ll learn to create fire from the elements — without matches or lighters — using techniques rooted in patience, respect, and connection.
Fire birthing is more than a survival skill — it’s a therapeutic practice that nurtures mindfulness, relieves stress, and strengthens emotional resilience.
Guided by Snowy, we’ll move through hands-on practice, storytelling, and group reflection in a serene outdoor setting. Together, we'll explore how the act of creating fire mirrors the journey of tending to our own inner light — through focus, care, and perseverance.
Leave with more than just a skill — leave feeling renewed, reconnected, and inspired.
Meet at Bock-Harvey Nature Preserve. 150 Rockwell Road, Newfield, NY
Rain date: Sunday October 12th.
