  • Mindful Wilderness Groups

A Monthly Group for Connection and Creativity

Step into the stillness and beauty of the natural world with a mindful wilderness group. Each session is centered around a unique seasonal theme—ranging from the delicate bloom of wildflowers to the sweeping quiet of local landscapes, to hands-on nature-inspired crafts.

Through gentle mindfulness practices, guided walks, and creative exploration, we deepen our connection to both the Earth and ourselves. Whether we’re observing the quiet rhythm of a meadow or crafting with natural materials, each gathering offers space to slow down, breathe, and be fully present.

No experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and love of nature. Join us monthly to reconnect with what grounds and inspires you.

  • Private Mindful Outdoor Experiences

Private Guided Nature Walks for Individuals, Groups & Organizations

Reconnect with nature and yourself through guided walks and mindful outdoor experiences designed for individuals, couples, families, teams, schools, and organizations.

Each walk is a personalized journey through the local biome, blending ecological learning with mindfulness practices and stress reduction techniques.

Whether you're a curious individual, a group looking to bond, a school wanting immersive environmental education, or a workplace seeking team wellness, these walks offer a meaningful way to slow down and engage with the natural world.

We explore local flora and fauna, observe seasonal changes, and practice grounding techniques that support mental clarity, emotional balance, and connection.

Walks are tailored to the needs, interests, and abilities of each group—no experience necessary.
